When you get in touch with Your Ceremony Guy, you’re trusting me with personal details - your story, your plans, sometimes very meaningful moments in your life. I take that seriously.

I’m the Data Controller for the information you share. That simply means I’m responsible for how it’s used and for keeping it safe.

What I Collect

Usually just the essentials:
• Your name and contact details
• Ceremony date and venue
• The information you choose to share about your story

If you book, I’ll also hold contract and payment details.

Why I Collect It

Only to:
• Respond to your enquiry
• Plan and deliver your ceremony
• Manage bookings and legal requirements

I never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Keeping It Safe

Your information is stored securely using password-protected systems and trusted providers. I only keep what’s necessary, for as long as necessary.

Your Rights

You can request access, corrections or deletion of your data at any time. Just email me and I’ll sort it.
If you ever have concerns, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
